Noreen spearheads the Business Development unit within AMI, bringing on board her effective management and fundraising skills that span over 7 years experience with the organisation. Over the years she has continued to assist staff, management, board members, members, stakeholders and partners to execute the pilot phase and now the current strategy (second phase), ensuring that successful outputs are achieved and good relations are upheld within and outside the organisation.
As one of AMI’s pioneering staff members, she has played an instrumental role in setting up of the organisation’s structures, streamlining administration procedures, providing critical day-to-day management, orientating new entrants, consolidating operational policies, managing the annual African Media Leaders Forum, developing and executing programmes.
She is a graduate of the United States International University-Africa (USIU) in International Relations and International Marketing. Currently finalising on her Executive Masters studies in Organisational Development (EMOD) at the USIU.
