County scorecard is a mobile and desktop web application that presents data in both a meaningful and portable way. By viewing data as more than just numbers journalists and citizens can see powerful stories through them. This was of particular relevance for the 2013 Kenyan general election where such stories shed important light on the manner in which public money is spent.

The County Scorecard is a useful tool for journalists to take with them to interviews with politicians and government officials as it acts as a valuable reservoir of information on important issues. The key interactive functions of the County Scorecard are: a County Fact Sheet, an MP Track Record, a Constituencies Development Fund (CDF) monitor and a Get Involved button.

A number of organisations have expressed interest in the County Scorecard namely the National Taxpayers Association (NTA), Mzalendo and the Commission Revenue Allocation (CRA).
